This is probably the best and most comprehensive book on negotiating. Although this book is largely written for negotiating in traditional business to business settings, that doesn’t mean there aren’t a large amount of principles you can implement in your real estate dealings. They can help you get the price you want, or deal with contractors, or managers, or even your banker. It will also help you recognize when others are using negotiating tactics against you and how you can counteract their moves.
